The SWS 400 is the workhorse of the PRI line of washers. If you need to wash parts three shifts per day and cycle time is critical, this is the unit for you.
The PRI "Total Wash System" is an environmentally friendly press parts washing system designed to lower your operating costs, and reduce your emissions and hazardous wastes. The system includes a parts washer, wash solvent recycling unit, storage tanks and the other equipment necessary to provide an automated, low emissions "closed loop" wash and recovery system.
The PRI system cleans by using a four stage cycle including wash, rinse, recovery and dry. By using the penetrating action of the wash solvent, the ink coatings are removed and carried in suspension to the recovery unit. The recovery unit uses a distillation system to separate the ink pigments from the cleaning agent in an automatically controlled mode, insuring maximum recovery of the wash solvent.
All aspects of the washer and distillation unit performance are controlled and monitored by a Programmable Logic Controller. System activity is displayed on a screen for easy monitoring by an operator. The PLC control allows the wash and distillation system to run unattended and the operator to perform other duties while the unit is running.
